As a key leader in our culinary operations, you'll bring innovation and excellence to our dining experiences, ensuring our food meets and exceeds guest expectations. As part of the prestigious Accor Group, your role will be pivotal in driving our commitment to delivering exceptional service and crafting unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a dynamic multi-site kitchen operation, efficiently managing people and resources to meet diverse food outlet needs.
  • Work closely with food and beverage and culinary leadership teams to ensure culinary offerings align with operational goals.
  • Enhance our market reputation and drive continuous improvement in food quality and presentation.
  • Manage departmental budgets, control food costs, and coordinate with suppliers to achieve financial targets.
  • Uphold high standards of food preparation and safety, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Hands-on leader, who consistently sets a positive example for the team.
  • Proven ability to manage staff across multiple sections, with clear and effective communication skills.
  • Solutions-focused professional dedicated to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Adaptable and resilient, maintaining top quality and adherence to standards amidst changing circumstances.
  • Genuine passion for food and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences at events.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
