Construction Supervisor Opportunity

This role presents a chance to lead nightworks staff in Traffic Signals Construction, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. The ideal candidate will possess current Queensland Electrical license, effective leadership skills, and proficiency in Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental, and quality policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead construction teams for traffic signals installation and maintenance
  • Set performance standards, provide feedback, and support development
  • Monitor and report on project progress and resource utilisation

Requirements:

  • Current Queensland Electrical licence
  • Effective leadership skills, providing clear direction and ongoing feedback to teams
  • Proficiency in Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental, and quality policies
  • Ability to work autonomously in a night shift supervisory role
  • Project management experience, including resource allocation and risk assessment
  • Expertise in Traffic Signals installation and maintenance
