Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing preventative maintenance on plant and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Carrying out service and repair of mechanical plant and equipment, prioritizing tasks as required.
  • Diagnosing faults and implementing modifications to equipment as necessary.
  • Participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting any safety concerns or issues related to OH&S.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for breakdowns and maintenance-related queries.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade.
  • Restricted electrical worker's license (desirable).
  • Welding and fabrication experience (desirable).
  • Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Dedication to safety and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
  • Sound knowledge of engineering and production processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team to achieve objectives.
