Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to manage and coordinate various events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.

This is a key role within our organization, and the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental\
  • Developing and implementing event marketing strategies to attract attendees\
  • Managing event budgets and expenses\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure event success\
  • Maintaining relationships with vendors and stakeholders\
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and attendees\
  • Evaluating event performance and identifying areas for improvement\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices\
  • Complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies\
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment\
  • Sales experience and strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to develop new business opportunities and build relationships with existing customers\
  • High levels of computer literacy are also required, as you will need to use software applications to manage events and communicate with stakeholders\
  • A minimum of 10 years' workforce experience is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering successful events and managing teams\
  • You will have excellent management skills, the ability to motivate teams, and work well under pressure\
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors\
  • You must be flexible, adaptable, and able to think on your feet\
  • Ability to direct and manage staff, capacity to build relationships with new and existing customers\

  • A competitive salary range of $56,146.24 - $85,000.00 per year is available, with overtime pay options and supplemental benefits\
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for event coordination, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently\
  • They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments\
  • A valid Australian work authorization is preferred, and relocation to Bayswater, WA 6053 is possible before starting work\
