Key Responsibilities:

Event Management

Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including logistics, marketing, and volunteer coordination.

Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality events.

Build relationships with local cycling clubs, organizations, and businesses to promote the organization's mission and goals.

Community Outreach

Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage with diverse groups of people and promote the organization's mission and goals.

Collaborate with local community groups, schools, and businesses to develop partnerships and promote events.

Ensure all events meet the organization's quality and safety standards.

Other Duties:

Fulfill other duties as directed by senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in event management or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in managing and forecasting event budgets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Computer literacy and proficiency in event management software.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media management.
