About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Specialist Support Lead to join our Customer Specialist Support Flex team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Specialist Support Advisors, ensuring fair and effective responses are provided to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Customer Specialist Support Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a contact centre environment
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
