Key Account Management Role

We are a team accountable for delivering strategic and creative work to our clients, learning together to create innovative solutions.

  • Manage various projects spanning brand through to digital, connecting back to solving business challenges.
  • Get to know clients' businesses inside out, leading operational aspects as a trusted advisor.
  • Work closely with key clients on iconic brands.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading integrated campaigns across digital, ATL, and social, driving brand strategy and positioning.
  • Managing budgets and fostering deep client relationships at a senior level.
  • Working with Senior Strategist and Creative Director from brief to execution, championing creative ideas.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as an Account Director in a creative agency.
  • Strong listening skills followed by proactive and quick action.
  • Ability to lead clients, anticipating their needs and finding solutions.
  • First-class creative solutions and campaigns experience preferably with digital credentials.
