Senior Brand Manager

We are seeking a bold, visionary Senior Brand Marketing Manager for a 12-month contract role to advance kit: beyond MECCA and fuel growth through our retail channels.
You will lead the brand with end-to-end ownership, including strategic planning, revenue growth, community storytelling, and creative experimentation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies, you will shape and scale the brand's identity, drive performance, and champion innovation that challenges the status quo.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness and market share across social, web, CRM, and MECCA's retail ecosystem.
Creative Disruption: Bring an entrepreneurial approach to marketing, discovering new ways to redefine engagement and create culturally resonant campaigns.
End-to-End Brand Ownership: Lead campaign development, content strategy, paid media, and in-store experiences.
Digital Marketing: Design and implement full-funnel digital campaigns that are insight-led, brand-building, and ROI-focused.
Commercial Accountability: Manage brand performance through sales forecasting, budget management, inventory partnerships, and ROI analysis.
Leadership: Inspire internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional brand execution.
Qualifications: Extensive experience in brand marketing within beauty, wellness, or retail sectors.
Proven ability to lead creative and commercial success through multi-channel marketing.
Exceptional storytelling and campaign development skills across social, digital, print, PR, and influencer channels.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets.
Collaborative leadership style suited to fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Experience in product development and innovation planning.
