Operations System Analyst Role

The Operations System Analyst is responsible for supporting day-to-day performance, usability, and continuous improvement of core software platforms used by operations teams. These platforms include workflow management, ticketing, telephony, and client service enablement tools.

  • Provide frontline support to operations users across core software platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage follow-up to resolution.
  • Maintain and enhance user documentation and process guides.
  • Facilitate access, permission management, configuration changes, and user onboarding activities.
  • Monitor usage and performance metrics to identify issues or opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong working knowledge of software platforms supporting service operations and excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with automation and AI tools is highly regarded.

This role serves as the key interface between end users, vendors, internal teams, and IT, ensuring systems operate effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
