Job Description:
  • Participate in a two-year graduate program with rotations through Industrial, Investment and Capital Transactions, and Development business areas.
  • Complete placements with key learning outcomes and competency requirements.
  • Engage in a bespoke development program complementing on-the-job experience.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives and innovation within the property industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent graduates (within 18 months) with a degree in Property Economics, Property, Construction Management, Project Management, or other relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • A record of academic success.
  • A passion for starting a career in the property industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable team player aiming to make a meaningful impact.
  • Ability to commence full-time employment.
