Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gaining hands-on experience with guidance and mentorship from industry experts
  • Rotating across business lines including Advisory & Transactions, Capital Markets, and Property Management
  • Engaging in challenging, meaningful work that adds value and builds foundational skills
  • Building a professional network and contributing to real estate and property projects
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Recent graduates or those graduating by February 2026 with degrees in Property, Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or Planning
  • An appetite to learn and a strong skill set relevant to the role
  • Ability to perform tasks such as data analysis, research, report writing, or relationship building
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
