About the role :

  • Provide expert advice to existing customers and business partners in relation to all aspects of loans after settlement
  • Produce high-quality customer correspondence and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Progression and learning opportunities within the business; going into roles in lending / product, settlements, credit, or small business

Requirements :

  • Australian working rights – Australian / NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
  • Degree qualification or higher within the past 3 years
  • Achieved a credit average (65%) or higher
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong team-based orientation and ability
