About the Role:

You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for crafting software at scale, working on senior backend engineering roles. Our team is multi-disciplinary with specialists in iOS, Android, and Backend Engineering, working together to create beautiful software for native mobile products.

As a Senior Engineer, you will make key decisions, offer technical guidance, and mentor fellow developers. You will help build and manage software that solves complex problems, collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality software to customers, faster.

You will undertake software application development on applications in our existing suite of products, contributing to new or improved experiences for internal and external customers. You will maintain the standard for engineering excellence and support your team members in building products together.

We're looking for someone who can drive results, loves to help others grow, and demonstrates leadership on best practices. You will contribute to our cross-functional environment by working towards the same objectives, using modern principles and practices.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create scalable and secure software
  • Test software to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Resolve issues efficiently and effectively communicate the impact to stakeholders
  • Contribute to engineering standards and frameworks
  • Proactively maintain, grow, and share knowledge of development technologies used in software applications
  • Champion automation of delivery processes and coach engineers to ensure all software is running as expected
  • Be a champion of agile and delivery practices
  • Participate in interviews and recruitment processes
