Key Leadership Role

This is a pivotal position within our workshop, overseeing a team of skilled craftsmen and supervisors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading safety initiatives and ensuring compliance across the workshop
  • Managing a team to maximize their expertise and productivity
  • Accurate project planning and review of all requests
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Understanding site requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Managing resource allocation and team performance
  • Completing documentation, including timesheets and QA reports

To succeed in this position, you will ideally possess:

  • A Trade qualification in craftsmanship
  • Experience leading teams with proven success
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering and quality assurance disciplines
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
