Senior Tax Lawyer

We're seeking an experienced tax lawyer to join our team as a Practice Leader for a 12-month parental leave cover. In this role, you'll assist numerous small and medium-sized businesses with a broad range of tax law needs.
You will supervise a small team of talented lawyers, demonstrating a genuine interest in training and mentoring junior lawyers and supporting their growth within the firm.
The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of tax law matters, including initial business structuring advice, restructuring/rollover relief advice, business exit planning advice, and more.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 8+ years of experience as a tax lawyer in a private practice environment assisting businesses
- Additional experience in general corporate and commercial law will be highly valued
