Job Title: Support and Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Support and Coordination Specialist.

This is a full-time role that requires the successful candidate to work closely with participants in understanding and implementing their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plans.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working with individuals with complex support needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist participants in navigating their NDIS plans and accessing available services.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with participants, families, and carers.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for participants.
