About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sustainability Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in driving forward our sustainability agenda and delivering impactful initiatives that make a real difference to our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies and projects that reduce emissions and promote sustainable practices across our region.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver innovative water and solar projects that meet our organisational goals.
  • Pursue opportunities for collaborative regional projects that drive positive environmental outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven knowledge and/or experience across a range of sustainability challenges, including climate action and organisational behaviour change.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong policy and strategy development skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions that drive meaningful change.
