Transformative Communications Lead

  • Provide expert communication advice and support to senior leaders to enhance policy engagement, media presence and the program's reputation.
  • Coordinate international communications efforts with local teams in Indonesia and Fiji to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze digital engagement metrics to inform content strategy and optimize audience reach through data-driven insights.
  • Manage external service providers including designers, media producers and translators to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Foster a culture of inclusive communication within the team through engaging and effective practices.
  • Establish key stakeholder relationships for strategic engagement.
  • Identify and mitigate communication risks during critical moments.
