This position offers a chance to empower job seekers with disabilities and build stronger communities as an Employment Consultant.
Work closely with clients, employers, and community stakeholders to advocate for employment opportunities and foster long-term sustainability.
The Role
- Assist clients in setting employment goals, including identifying smaller steps towards their objectives
- Collaborate with employers to raise awareness about the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities (e.g., improved attendance and commitment)
- Support clients in finding employment and maintain relationships with employers and clients to sustain employment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
