Job Description

This is a key role within the business, responsible for leading employee communications. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned communications professional with a proven track record of advising senior leaders and developing effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated communication plans to support business priorities
  • Provide strategic communication guidance to senior leaders across the business
  • Lead the development of high-quality content, including articles, videos, and other materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, aligned, and engaging messaging
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all internal communications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Proven experience in employee communications, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Strong understanding of communication theory and practice
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
