We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Officer to join our team.

Job Summary

The role of the Training Officer is to design, implement and maintain comprehensive training programs, procedures and operations manuals that meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Design: Develop and deliver regulatory and technical skills training programs to enhance the performance of employees.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders to develop training resources that meet business needs.
  • Effective Multitasking: Operate in a multi-faceted unit where multitasking is often required to achieve outcomes.
  • Training Material Development: Develop technically specific training materials to support regulatory accreditation.
Candidate Attributes:
  • Training Program Evaluation: Design, develop, deliver and evaluate training programs to ensure they meet their intended objectives.
  • Delivering High-Quality Training: Demonstrate the ability to deliver a high level of training and assessment that meets industry standards.
  • Industry Experience: Possess extensive experience in industry and/or an equivalent position.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships and problem solve to achieve innovation and deliver quality customer service.
