Senior HR Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our team in implementing effective human resource strategies and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in talent development, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Overseeing talent acquisition, development, and performance management processes.
  • Managing employee relations and ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Driving employee engagement and leading direct reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with 2+ years in a strategic role (healthcare or medical preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
