Job Title: Night Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Night Guest Service Agent on a part-time basis. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct guest arrivals and departures with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Provide personalized, proactive guest service that exceeds expectations and builds loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records, adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved.
  • Ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Previous hotel front office/reception experience, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service principles.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for building strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A high standard of personal presentation, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
