Job Description

As a dedicated and compassionate care professional, you will provide personalized patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to maximize health outcomes. This role involves delivering excellent patient/client care within a health service environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals receiving care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
  • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Authority to Practice as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Commitment to person-centered care and NSW Health Core Values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
