The Endoscopy Centre at Sydney Adventist Hospital is seeking a skilled Patient Care Professional to join their team. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and safe patient experience.
About the RoleThis full-time or part-time position involves assisting in procedures, supporting patients through recovery, and working collaboratively with a friendly and professional team in a calm environment. If you possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and flexibility to work shifts during the week, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.
- Assisting in procedures and supporting patients through recovery.
- Working alongside a friendly and professional team in a well-organised environment.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 12 months experience in recovery nursing or endoscopy/scrub/scout roles, ideally within a day procedure or surgical setting.
- Ability to work calmly and compassionately, even in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with clear, caring communication.
