About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Manager to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading our Business Analysis team and driving strategic initiatives that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Business Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective demand management strategies to ensure alignment with our company's IT strategy and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and minimize risks.
  • Develop and maintain business cases, analyzing and reporting on operational and financial impacts of vendors, products, and services.
  • Ensure that initiatives adhere to our company's IT PMO governance, including working with data and reporting, risk and compliance, and legal.
  • Align and work with business product managers and IT leadership to ensure technology demand and solutions meet business needs.
  • Track and review business requirements to ensure successful delivery of work.
  • Coordinate the use and delivery of IT services, preparing and submitting operational budgets and cost estimates for proposed projects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analysis Manager or Business Demand Manager role.
  • Previous leadership experience of a high-performing team of Business Analysts.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT demand management and forecasting.
  • Extensive experience working in agile/scrum environments.
  • Strong experience with requirements elicitation and end-to-end Business Analysis.
  • Authentic, self-aware, emotionally mature, and a team player with high energy.
  • Exemplary stakeholder engagement skills and a natural influencer and relationship builder at executive level.
  • Action-oriented and collaborative with a strong orientation to outstanding service.
  • Friendly, positive attitude with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
