We are seeking a talented business development specialist to drive growth in the Australian market.
The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in selling IT services and cybersecurity solutions. They will identify new opportunities, shape tailored solutions with our technical teams, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities- Target and engage prospective clients across enterprise, mid-market, and government sectors.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, Procurement).
- Understand client challenges and position tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope and deliver successful solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
