Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Reliability Engineering and Asset Management Expert.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with expertise in asset management, maintenance, and operations. They will be responsible for providing reliability engineering consulting services to asset-intensive organisations across various sectors, including mining, heavy industry, energy, and water.

Key responsibilities will include developing or leading data and system solutions to improve operational management and strategy of physical infrastructure, building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, and delivering exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in engineering or a related discipline, extensive experience in the application of Reliability Engineering and Maintenance strategies, and strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities.

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of assets.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance operational processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions for clients.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a recognised consulting environment.
  • Extensive experience in Reliability Engineering and Maintenance strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
