We are seeking a transformational leader with the ability to deliver meaningful change while staying grounded in culture and community.
You will bring:
- 1.5+ years' executive leadership, ideally as a CEO or Executive Director.
- Demonstrated success in cultivating high-trust relationships across government, corporate, community, and international sectors, with a strong track record of influencing policy at both State and Commonwealth levels.
- Deep understanding of Aboriginal governance, cultural heritage, and community aspirations.
- Expertise in strategic financial management, sustainable enterprise development, and driving organisational growth.
- Proven ability to drive organisational priorities through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective execution.
- The ability to inspire trust and embed cultural integrity in all aspects of leadership.
