About Us

We proudly represent the Traditional Owners of the region, recognised under the Native Title Consent Determination and the Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010.
As the Prescribed Body Corporate (PBC), we jointly manage national parks and reserves and serve as the Registered Aboriginal Party (RAP) responsible for protecting cultural heritage under the Victorian Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006.

Key Selection Criteria

We are seeking a transformational leader with the ability to deliver meaningful change while staying grounded in culture and community.
You will bring:

  1. 1.5+ years' executive leadership, ideally as a CEO or Executive Director.
  2. Demonstrated success in cultivating high-trust relationships across government, corporate, community, and international sectors, with a strong track record of influencing policy at both State and Commonwealth levels.
  3. Deep understanding of Aboriginal governance, cultural heritage, and community aspirations.
  4. Expertise in strategic financial management, sustainable enterprise development, and driving organisational growth.
  5. Proven ability to drive organisational priorities through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective execution.
  6. The ability to inspire trust and embed cultural integrity in all aspects of leadership.
