We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Buying Assistant to support our Buyers in sourcing products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product registration process after sign-off, from keycode creation to sampling and packaging coordination
  • Support the department by ensuring all data entry information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Liaise with local supply bases and overseas sourcing teams

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and interpret data
  • Strong attention to detail
