Occupational Health Professionals play a vital role in maintaining a healthy and productive work environment.

A key responsibility of an Athletic Trainer is to develop, implement, and supervise injury prevention and health improvement programs for employees.

The position involves performing comprehensive wellness assessments, ergonomic risk analyses, and providing first aid treatment and management for musculoskeletal complaints.

The ideal candidate will have experience in athletic training, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and employees.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing site-specific wellness initiatives and programs
  • Conducting ergonomic risk assessments and corrective action planning
  • Providing first-aid treatment and management for musculoskeletal complaints
  • Performing data analysis and executing administrative tasks
  • Creating an environment of trust and care, allowing workers to take responsibility to reduce or eliminate actions under their control that contribute to injury and illness
