Senior Employment Coach Job Description

This is a senior-level employment coaching role that requires extensive experience in supporting individuals with disabilities into meaningful employment. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality support to Participants with complex barriers

Mentor and guide others, with experience supporting new staff and contributing to team development

Implement innovative case management strategies and employment-focused programs that lead to successful outcomes

Build trust and rapport with Participants, colleagues, and community stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in employment services or a similar frontline role
  • A deep understanding of the challenges faced by Participants with complex barriers
  • Natural ability to mentor and guide others
  • Confidence in implementing innovative case management strategies
