In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue through a SaaS license model by strategically managing accounts, researching prospects, and executing field-based sales activities within a key Federal Government Customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives across all product lines.
  • Manage client relationships and collaborate with a broad virtual team to develop and implement effective account strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging a deep understanding of your customers' businesses to guide them on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmap.
  • Identify and involve the appropriate specialists or support resources at crucial stages of the sales process.
Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of sales experience in software or solution sales organizations.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted relationships with both current and prospective clients, as well as internal teams.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business, negotiating deals, and sustaining strong relationships with C-Level executives.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets and goals.
  • Ability to grasp and contribute to broader IT strategies and organizational plans.
  • Experienced in fostering a customer-centric approach within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
