Client Director

At ServiceNow, we're revolutionizing the way organizations work. As a Client Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business revenue through strategic account management, prospect research, and field-based sales activities within a key Federal Government customer.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives across all product lines.
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with a virtual team to develop and implement effective account strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging a deep understanding of customers' businesses to guide them on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmap.
- Identify and involve the appropriate specialists or support resources at crucial stages of the sales process.
- Over 10 years of sales experience in software or solution sales organizations.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted relationships with both current and prospective clients, as well as internal teams.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business, negotiating deals, and sustaining strong relationships with C-Level executives.
- Consistent achievement of sales targets and goals.
- Ability to grasp and contribute to broader IT strategies and organizational plans.
- Experienced in fostering a customer-centric approach within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
