Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the HR team and our 29 sites across various HR functions.

  • Talent acquisition for large casual workforce
  • Drive Careers Nights, University Career Fairs, Graduate Recruitment
  • End-to-end recruitment processes
  • Ensure culture alignment and value contribution for new recruits
  • Manage employee onboarding process and experience
  • Employee exit process including notification of payroll, HRIS administration, access removal, equipment return, scheduling exit interviews
  • Create position descriptions as needed review them to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
  • Support HR team as needed
  • Assist coordination annual employee engagement surveys pulse surveys related to engagement throughout year
  • Provide support in HR organization-wide initiatives
  • Confidential advice on broad range of HR matters company policies procedures terms conditions employment employee perks
  • Support line managers employee relations matters under guidance People Culture Manager
  • Consolidate HR metric reports assist monthly reporting
  • Coordinate social/team building events
  • Embed purpose truths culture throughout company
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications Human Resources/Employment Relations desirable
  • Ability build rapport people different roles work closely internal external stakeholders
