Job Title: Senior Advisor Educator Capability

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Advisor Educator Capability to lead initiatives that promote the use of educational technologies, mentor educators in virtual andragogy, and contribute to the design and delivery of digitally enabled learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives that promote the use of educational technologies and mentor educators in virtual andragogy.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in technology-enhanced learning, teaching and assessment practices.
  • Support educators in the effective integration of contemporary digital tools, virtual learning platforms, and emerging technologies across diverse learning environments.
  • Contribute to the development of professional development programs focused on digital pedagogy, virtual classroom management, and the use of learning management systems.
  • Promote and model best practices in online and blended learning environments.
  • Actively participate in communities of practice focused on educational technology and virtual learning innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives in teaching and learning.
  • Experience in designing and evaluating technology-enhanced learning programs and resources.
  • Strong understanding of current trends in online education, instructional design, and digital assessment strategies.
  • High level communication, consultation and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide variety of key stakeholders on significant issues to achieve organisational objectives.
