Human Resources Generalist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide generalist support to leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on human resources policies and procedures.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day HR activities, including counseling and grievances, organizational development, and other HR initiatives.
  • Provide operational HR information and analysis relating to workforce profiles and trends, benchmarking data, and advice.
  • Support the coordination of core people processes and HR Information Systems.
  • Lead or contribute to key HR initiatives or projects that focus on building site capability and efficiency, engagement, and organizational development.

Success in this role will depend on your ability to engage with all levels of the business, build rapport quickly, and create meaningful relationships with your business partners. You will also need to coach them to achieve desired outcomes and drive a high-performance culture.
