This is a fantastic chance for an emerging HR professional to join our growing People team in Adelaide, SA.

The role will be based at Hindmarsh, with regular time spent in both our Brompton and Regency Park sites.

Reporting to the Regional People Partnering Manager, you'll provide generalist HR support across the business.

  • Deliver day-to-day HR support, including coaching leaders and managing employee relations.
  • Support Business Partners to guide workforce planning, skills profiling, and classification structures.
  • Provide policy advice, interpret Award and Enterprise Agreements, and support industrial relations projects.
  • Support Operational recruitment processes, including Apprentices.
  • Analyse HR data and trends to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
  • Contribute to the annual People calendar, HR projects, and initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
