Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Concierge. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, handling a wide range of requests and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

  • Travel planning and arrangement of bespoke itineraries and unique experiences
  • Retail assistance, sourcing exclusive products or hard-to-find items
  • Entertainment coordination, arranging restaurant bookings, event tickets, and unforgettable experiences

As a Concierge, you will work independently, multitask, and manage tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer service standards. Your strong administration and organizational skills will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • Native-level business English communication skills for effective interaction with members
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, remaining calm and professional under pressure
  • Able to work independently, multitasking, and managing tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to high customer service standards
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Experience in luxury service, hospitality, travel, dining, or ticketing is a plus
