- About the role
- In this role you will oversee the development of the Bunnings Warehouse retail brand personalisation strategy and it's execution into the campaign planning process, as well as oversee the various consumer loyalty programs that exist within the Bunnings warehouse retail ecosystem including OnePass and Flybuys.
You will be responsible for the strategic and operational success of identity driven marketing at scale.
What's involved:
- Lead the collaborative development of annual go to market and trading plans for the existing Loyalty programs-
- Work with Data and Analytics and the Insights Team to establish & maintain analytics and reporting to ensure planned activities are meeting performance objectives-
- Initiate new campaigns aimed at driving acquisition and retentions of Flybuys members shopping at Bunnings-
- Driving customer lifetime value by delivering more relevant customer communications and data-driven marketing methods- Who we're looking for:
Bringing your strong relationship and stakeholder engagement skills you will be highly skilled at liaising with all levels of the organisation, building trusted relationships and understanding stakeholder needs.
Your previous experience in Marketing including experience in Digital Product Development, Loyalty or Direct Marketing and Retail will set you up for success in understanding of outputs from customer research and insights, and how to turn these insights into actionable customer and marketing plans.
You'll need:
- Significant demonstrated experience in direct and one-to-one marketing-
- Expert understanding of digital ecosystems, loyalty programs and digital product development-
- Broad knowledge of all marketing channels and campaign measurement-
- Experienced retail marketer with solid understanding of brand management-
- Outstanding ability to work in a matrix structure and highly adept at fostering collaborative way of working-
- Excellent leadership skills with management and team development experience
