Job Title: Casual Contact Centre Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to support our team as a Casual Contact Centre Representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality support experience for our team, customers, and community members through day-to-day queries and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely, professional, and efficient manner and respond to queries according to standard operational procedure.
  • In consultation with the Contact Centre Team Leader, assist with prioritising incoming queries for the team and ensure all relevant schedules are being followed and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Manage and maintain accurate donor records across their respective databases for home collection services, club cards, and financial donations.
  • Stay up-to-date with our information, services, and programs.
  • Complete Contact Centre office and administration duties and other tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow all Occupational Health and Safety guidelines as outlined by our organisation, including assessing risk, record keeping, and submitting incidents in a timely manner.
About You

Prior experience in a Call Centre is not essential. What is crucial is your passion for delivering outstanding results in a complex and rewarding environment.

You will be a high-energy, hands-on individual with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Importantly, you will also be comfortable aligning to our Mission and Values to positively support and impact the lives of others through your career contribution.

To succeed in this role, you must be an outstanding written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Solid technical skills are highly regarded.
