Job Opportunity

Expand your career as a Contact Centre Specialist in Engineering. Develop and facilitate the delivery of managed services for large Enterprise Customers, utilising technical skills in contact centre technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep domain technical skills in Cisco UCCE are essential, along with a strong understanding of all Cisco UCCE contact centre products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities are required.
  • A proactive approach, ability to follow processes and guidelines, and genuine interest in Contact Centre administration/configuration are crucial.
