Legal services provider in Australia seeks a Contact Centre Manager to lead a team.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in law, human resources or experience in managing a high-volume contact centre. They will be responsible for day-to-day operations, leading and inspiring the team to meet organisational benchmarks and customer satisfaction.
