Human Resource Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our organization as an HR Advisor.
About the Role:- Provide expert HR guidance to regional employees and management on complex human resource and change management issues.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in a customer-focused delivery environment.
- Educate, coach, and empower line managers to support their ongoing responsibility for effective people management within the Region.
- Present high-quality reports and submissions on people management matters.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Highly developed analytical and diagnostic skills, with experience in developing, negotiating, and implementing proactive strategies.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience in consulting, collaborating, and influencing with clients.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary human resource management legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, policies, and best practices.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment that fosters growth and development.
