Recruitment Consultant | Specialising in Professional Services

We are currently partnering with a fast-growing, values-driven organization and we are on the lookout for a passionate Human Resources Advisor to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional who thrives on variety, enjoys working with people at all levels, and is ready to step into a role with real autonomy, influence, and long-term career growth. Working closely with the leadership team and supporting their portfolio you will be trusted to deliver day-to-day HR support, lead initiatives, and make a meaningful difference across the business.

What are they looking for:

  • 1–2 years of generalist HR experience across ER, performance, and operations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across head office and remote teams
  • Award interpretation experience (HIGA or similar) and IR knowledge
  • Confidence managing workers' compensation, return-to-work, and visa compliance
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to contribute to process improvements
  • Workcover and injury management experience
  • Experience in Blue collars organizations preferably but not desirable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing practical HR support and advice to leaders and teams
  • Leading and resolving employee relations matters and investigations
  • Managing VEVO checks, visa renewals, and sponsorship compliance
  • Coordinating RTW and injury management programs
  • Supporting workforce planning, wage reviews, and compliance reporting
  • Contributing to ongoing HR projects and systems improvements
