Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach, train, and performance manage team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in grocery or dairy/frozen retail, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and delegation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with management, team members, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Passion for the grocery retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
