We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Dairy/Freezer Manager. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our dairy and freezer departments to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising and inventory management strategies to maximize sales and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the grocery or dairy industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
