We specialise in outreach paediatric therapy – delivering care in homes, schools, kinders, and community spaces, where therapy makes the biggest impact.


About the Role

We're seeking a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist ready to join our team one day per week to start, with a steady stream of clients to build into a caseload that suits you. This is the perfect opportunity if you're looking for a long-term role with security, growth, and genuine impact.

Here's what you'll enjoy:

What You'll Do
  • Deliver neuro-affirming, strengths-based therapy for children and families.
  • Provide outreach services in schools, kinders, homes, and community settings.
  • Advocate within school settings to build lasting supports around children.
  • Support families to navigate the NDIS and maximise their funding.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic, family-centred care.

Who We're Looking For
  • AHPRA-registered OT with at least 2 years' paediatric experience
  • Passionate about working with neurodivergent children & families
  • Comfortable with outreach/mobile therapy (schools, homes, community)
  • Looking for a long-term, steady caseload with room to grow at your pace
