Overview

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with at least one year of experience. This role manages your own caseload in NDIS or Homecare Packages (or both) and may include work in a Residential Aged Care facility.

Responsibilities
  • Manage own caseload in NDIS and/or Homecare Packages (with potential mix)
  • Deliver community-based Occupational Therapy services and participate in knowledge sharing with a team
  • Coordinate with clinical leads and team leaders; contribute to continuous improvement

The Role

You will deliver services to clients in the community with support from clinical leads and a team of Occupational Therapists, in an environment of knowledge sharing and positive engagement.

We are seeking someone passionate about making a difference. You should align with Empower values: innovation, care, outcomes, fun, quality, accountability. You must have:

  • Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
  • At least 1 year clinical practice experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience as an Occupational Therapist in a community setting
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills and attention to detail
