Job Opportunity for Administrative Support

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to our legal team.

This role offers the opportunity to step into the legal industry and build a long-term career with our boutique law firm in Melbourne.

  • Provide administrative assistance to lawyers, partners, and other support staff
  • Manage diaries, drafting and preparing court documents, lodging court documents, client management, file management, and ad hoc administration tasks

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A typing speed of 45 words per minute with 95% accuracy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
